About My Workshop

Free Your Ancestral Voices:

You are your ancestors’ wildest dream! Connect to your ancestors in this playful, embodied workshop where we explore song, sound, movement, and writing. I will play the buffalo drum to activate your theta brain waves so that you can enter a non-ordinary consciousness as an ancestor from the past and future speaks to you. Then, I will guide you through a creative process where you can integrate their wisdom and messages into your life. This workshop will include an opening and closing sharing circle to tap into the collective healing and power of the group and our ancestors.
