Coax is here to empower the collective to reach new heights within themselves that have been held back by old, negative programming that no longer serves. After experiencing what she calls the Fortunate Four Years Of Hell on the journey to healing, what's important to her is for us to know that when we change the way we interact with life through our thoughts, we can reach new levels and manifest anything our heart desires. It was coming out of rock bottom that she started creating affirmation to ease her own stress. Affirmation music is used to loosen the grip we have to the old thought patterns and infuse them with words that create new pathways in the brain that will lead to what we want. As a certified life coach and artist, goal is to to remind you that if there is a cycle or a block that you're living through-- that it's here for a reason, and slowly, one thought at a time you can free yourself from the box your thought patterns have put you into create a life you've never imagined before. 

Affirm Evolve, whose mission statement is centered around the power of language, is the vehicle that Coax provides transformative experiences with both private coaching clients and the collective with grounding experiences, such as the Affirmation Jam + Journal concert-- where, for 3 hours, you're immersed in and exposed to your next level through channels such as poetry sound bowl healing, meditation, and group journaling.
